Spinning Flag Pole Clips

Clips work great, just what I needed

Rotation hangup

When the flag rotates during a high wind to a horizontal orientation, the metal clip connected to the flag gets hung up with the rotating "spInner". Had to compress the clip to avoid this happening.
Maybe would not happen with a heavier flag.
Anyhow, it all works now
